Rebecca Sagall, LMT found the importance of balancing relaxation with injury treatment in every massage session early in her career. Her massage invites her client to let go of all thoughts, allowing the muscles to unwind, and giving the injury space to heal. Trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Techniques, Sports Massage, Pre- and Post-natal, and stretching, she also incorporates Lomi Lomi, Thai, posture analysis, and Hydrotherapy into her massage. She works with each client to create a unique plan that will restore them to their ultimate health, and help keep them there!
Rebecca graduated from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy’s 1,000 hour program, one of the most in-depth massage therapy programs in the country. She passed the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork test, is certified through the Nevada State Board of Massage, and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Originally from the east coast, Rebecca grew up in the outskirts of New York City and Washington DC. She graduated from Emerson College in 2000 with a BA in Communications. Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist, she worked in the hospitality industry, as an Event Planner, and in human resources. Her passion for nutrition, dance, yoga, and the human body and how it moves drove her to a career in Massage Therapy. In her free time, you might find her practicing Acroyoga, learning a new dance style, baking something sweet, or playing outdoors.
